What Does Your Birthdate Mean?

By Kay on Sun, Jun 29, 2008

General

I don’t usually waste a lot of time on cutesy quizzes, but I thought this one was pretty good. I found another one while I was there that I’ll share with you later, too. Be sure to follow the link at the bottom to take the quiz yourself and then you can post your results in the comments field. Let’s see how good this quiz really is…

Here are my results:

Your Birthdate: January 31

You’re a pretty traditional person. If it’s lasted, it’s probably good.
You seek stability – both in your career and your romantic relationship.
In return, you’re very loyal and predictable. Which is usually a good thing.
Without a partner, you feel lost. Being with someone is very important to you.

Your strength: Your dependability

Your weakness: You hate being alone

Your power color: Midnight blue

Your power symbol: Shell

Your power month: April

Okay, I don’t know about ALL that stuff (especially the part about being alone), but I about fell over when it picked my EXACT favorite color as my ‘power color’. How many people even know what Midnight Blue is???

Your birthday blog sparked me to share. After having my csection with Christian (and then Koda) Kam decided that birthdays should not be just for the person born but for the mom. He has started a tradition that he does something nice for me on the boys birthdays. It is very sweet!

What a sweet tradition! I love that idea! (Of course, I would, since I’m a mom and all!) I’ll definitely have to share that with some friends of mine! Oh, and give Kam a big hug from all of us for that idea – that’s a pretty sweet man you’ve got there! :)

Both quizzes were fun! I had to laugh that my power symbol was a snowflake when my birthday is in July and that doesn’t seem very powerful. But the character description was perfect.

What I’m Up To Now…

Holy cow!! Great use of visuals to help explain the proposed budget cuts and their actual impact on the overall budget.

You’ll never fold tshirts the same way again!

If you ever wanted to hear someone put a mommy’s day into a song, try this one! (I guarantee you’ll laugh your butt off.)

A little on the political side, but interesting nonetheless…
