Knock-knock.
Who’s there?
Flower.
Flower who?
I’m in the bathtub, I want to be a pancake!
I heard somewhere that kids start understanding humor and jokes at this age (4 years old) and that they usually start out with knock-knock jokes. Also, you can tell when they’re really getting the idea when they start making up their own jokes……
Of course, it helps if they make a little more sense.
But, that didn’t keep Shawn and I from laughing hysterically when she first told this one, though!!
