Just found this GREAT article about freezing. Â Almost makes me wanna thaw everything out and start over… Â Okay, maybe I’ll just wait and do this the next time I buy ground beef…

Here’s my very unoriginal tip that I’ve heard many people do, but never did til now: When you are making a batch of waffles or pancakes, make a double batch, then freeze half of them for later. With the waffles, you can just stick them in the toaster and they come out great–like eggos. Pancakes are probably best heated up in the microwave.

cool ideas! I like the green onions in a bottle…not that I can do that–John doesn’t like the things!
