My sister sent me a link to this product and it cracked me up so much that I just HAD to write a post about it. I swear if I were having another boy, I would have bought a pack right then and there… Continue reading…

Baby Gear – Diaper Stuff

Diaper Pail: I personally got the Diaper Champ because it uses regular kitchen trash bags instead of the Diaper Genie’s special bags that you’re constantly having to re-buy. It winds up being much cheaper in the long run, and from all the reviews that I’ve read, the smell isn’t that much different.

Wipe Warmer: While these are not totally necessary, we enjoyed ours especially when the kids were really little and hated just being undressed, much less a cold wipey on their bottoms. No need to go fancy, just get the cheapest kind.

Diaper Bag: There are SOOOO many diaper bags out there that range from super cheap to SUPER expensive. So, how do you know which one will work for you? Continue reading…

Plus, most of them come in a handy case to store everything in so you don’t have to search all over the house for what you’re looking for. Continue reading…

For all you first time moms out there, it can be really overwhelming to know exactly what you really need and what you can do without. So, over the next few days, I’ll be writing several posts on what you ACTUALLY need for baby when he/she comes home. I was amazed at how little I knew when I had my first, and thanked God for a good friend that walked me through it all. Now, I get to return the favor! Continue reading…

What I’m up to now…

  • “@NathanFillion: The pick up is official. Castle. Season 5. Cheers.” YAY! Congrats!! Can't wait to see what happens next season. 1 week ago

Holy cow!! Great use of visuals to help explain the proposed budget cuts and their actual impact on the overall budget.

You’ll never fold tshirts the same way again!

If you ever wanted to hear someone put a mommy’s day into a song, try this one! (I guarantee you’ll laugh your butt off.)

A little on the political side, but interesting nonetheless…
