I just saw both of these clips on YouTube recently and thought they were too good not to share. I laughed, I cried, I laughed until I cried, well, you get the idea…
If you ever wanted to hear someone put a mommy’s day into a song, try this one… (I guarantee you’ll laugh your butt off.)
And, if you ever wanted to hear a dad’s version of putting the kids to bed at night, try this one… ( I still guarantee that you’ll laugh your butt off!)
Why do I have that Kermit the Frog song in my head all of a sudden? “It’s not easy being green…” hmmm
Sorry, sometimes mommy brains get off track. What I wanted to write about was being green - as in “save the earth” kind of stuff.
Just recently I started recycling plastic and glass (I was already recycling paper - that was a hold over from my school teacher days). I figured if they were going to pick it up at my curb, how much easier could it get? So I invested $6 into 3 cute little milk crates from Target to put on the floor of my pantry to receive plastic, paper, and glass. If you’ve read my post, “It’s Too Quiet…” then you know why I’ve been on a quest to find the answer to the simple question of how to clean vaseline off of well… everything. (Amazing how much damage a 18 month old and 3 year old can do in just a few minutes time!)

Just read this article on getting great looking abs last night and just thought I’d share. Great tips on how to eat and exercise the right way (not just sit-ups believe it or not!). If you wanna see a pic of a killer six-pack, girls, then click on the link for the article…
How many ads have you seen on TV, press and in stores promising you great looking firm abdominal muscles by doing all kinds of crunching movements with all kind of tools? If you ask anybody in your family or circle of friends about how to get great abs, what would they tell you? Do sit-ups, right?
Let me disperse a huge urban myth here. You don’t get great ads from sit-ups and crunches. Especially if you have a belly fat problem, you can keep doing crunches forever and you will never get a six-pack. Here is why.
